Refund and Returns Policy

Warranty: 

Mask – Shell carries 90-day warranty from significant structural damage. Warranty DOES NOT cover Cage, Cage Accessories, or foam padding. Purchase must be made through Sentryhockey.com for warranty to apply.

Stick – 14 day one time replacement warranty (refund if size/hand is out of stock). No return on broken sticks, we will need a picture of serial number and manufacturing information listed on back of stick to process return. This warranty only applies to products that break due to manufacturing defect and is limited to a one-time replacement/discount of the original purchased item only. Chips, dents, and scratches to the stick from usage are unavoidable and are not covered by warranty.. (not applicable for Junior Hockey Level, NCAA, or pro hockey). 2 packs only carry warranty on first break. Purchase must be made through Sentryhockey.com for warranty to apply.

Returns:

Returns allowed within 14 days of receiving for any sizing issues. Neck guard and Dangler are not warranty covered (see Mask and stick warranty above), once used they cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping return.
